This role requires a smart, resourceful, and proactive individual who can effectively manage the recruitment process, from identifying candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the oil and gas, construction, and power sectors to attract high-quality candidates.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.

Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure they effectively communicate job requirements and attract the right candidates.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on the oil and gas, construction, and power sectors.
