Field Medical Officer (FMO)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Field Medical Officers (FMO) to provide medical support and clinical services during field/project assignments. The role involves assessing and managing medical requirements, providing appropriate treatment, maintaining medical records, and supporting health and safety requirements at the project site.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation, assessment, and treatment to personnel at the field/project location.

• Attend to minor illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies and arrange referrals when required.

• Conduct basic health assessments and monitor the medical condition of personnel.

• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation.

• Provide appropriate first-aid and emergency medical support.

• Advise personnel on preventive healthcare, hygiene, and occupational health practices.

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, or emergency services when escalation is required.

• Support field medical and health-related activities during project operations.

• Travel to and from the project location as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

• Minimum 3+ Yrs of experience with ALS/BLS certification.

• Valid medical registration/licence as applicable.

• Ability to independently manage routine medical cases and field emergencies.

• Good communication, decision-making, and documentation skills.

• Willingness to undertake field assignments and travel as required.
