Job Summary
TQ Certificate Services are seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor with a strong background in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) to oversee and manage E&I activities on a project site. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with Saudi Aramco projects and possess the necessary CBT qualifications. This role requires a dedicated professional to ensure the efficient execution of E&I operations in line with project specifications and safety standards. The contract is for 12 months and is extendable based on performance and project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily E&I operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Lead and coordinate the activities of E&I teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, report on performance, and resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or quality.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and regulations. Prepare and present regular progress reports and documentation.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Oversee the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client, addressing any concerns or requirements related to E&I activities.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
Mandatory Requirements
CBT in Electrical and Instrumentation.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects.
Saudi Aramco approval as an E&I Supervisor.
Must be willing to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, and adhere to the provided compensation package which includes food, bachelor sharing accommodation, local conveyance, medical, and visa expenses.
